BWProjects was started by Ben Walker FCCA during one of most unstable and unpredictable economic climates: The Covid-19 pandemic compound with the Ukraine War and resulting energy and cost of living crises placed many businesses in turmoil and facing increased uncertainty. Some business seen significant positive change with many others far less fortunate. Regardless of the business impact all businesses faced and continue to face change.
BWProjects was established to help navigate that change, from back to basics projects to high risk strategic U-turns.
